When and where is the wedding?
The wedding will take place on October 17, 2025 at Veliz Banquets and Events in Whittier, California.
The address can be found under he "Location" section.
Where can I park?
For your convenience, there is a large parking lot with a security guard who will guide you in the right direction. Sit back, relax, and celebrate with us.
What time should I arrive?
Although the ceremony will be private, we ask guests to arrive at 6pm to enjoy refreshments and music before dinner starts.
How do I RSVP?
To RSVP, please visit the "RSVP" page on our website and fil out the form online. Please RSVP at your earliest convenience and no later than August 10th, 2025. We look forward to celebrating with you!
Is there an open bar?
No. Although there isn't an open bar, a fully stocked bar will be available, so please bring cash to enjoy your favorite drink.
Unfortunately, this venue does not allow outside alcohol, and it will be confiscated by security. Please remember to be respectful so we can keep the party going till 1am.
There will be an after-party with an open bar.
Feel free to bring your alcohol to the after-party.
Can I bring children?
Your little ones are very special to us and although we cherish them, we kindly ask you to arrive without them. For this celebration, we'd like to enjoy every moment with you. (kids are not allowed)
Can I bring a plus one?
Due to limited seating, we will not be able to accommodate everyone. Unless your invite specifically states the person's name, we cannot allow additional guests.
Please be mindful and always ask if you can bring a guest to our wedding.
What do I wear?
We kindly request a formal/semi-formal dress code for our wedding celebration. Gentlemen should wear either a suit or slacks and nice shirt. While ladies are encouraged to don a formal cocktail dress, a pant suit, or an evening gown. We can't wait to see you looking your finest!
We ask our guests not to wear white dresses(no white floral print or white dresses) please!

Under a starry night at our favorite park Jerry asked me to be his girlfriend on October second two-thousand nine.
What started out as a friendship soon grew into more.
Staying away just wasn't in the stars for us.
Jerry was a newly touring musician, and I(Valerie) was attending college while working full time.
Somehow, we made time for each other in our busy schedules.
Late-night phone calls and video chats with each other kept our love growing strong.
In 2012, we moved into our first studio apartment home and shared new experiences as a couple that helped us learn more about one another.
Since then, we've experienced many milestones together and supported one another through the good and bad situations life has to offer.
Renting our first studio, buying a car, adopting pets(three fish, a turtle, and two dogs), starting new bands, starting new businesses, discovering new hobbies, and traveling the world.
It's been a long journey for both of us, but being together has helped us become who we are today.
With love and support, our relationship has lasted over 16 years.
When Jerry took us back to the same park on February fifth of this year, he got down on one knee and proposed to me.
With the biggest smile on my face I said, "Yes!".
Marrying my best friend will be the happiest day of my life, and I can't wait to celebrate it with you.
